My wife and I were looking for an economic option to store our wines. On the Vinotheque website I saw that they had a selection of cabinets that were finished and ready to ship. Unfortunately all of the finished cabinets were a medium stain and our cabinetry has a lighter color. I called their sales department and they helped me order it right away. Two weeks later I had a beautiful addition to our home. The cabinet ended up looking great.

I wanted to let you know how much I appreciate your delivery team, Michael and John. They came out to my home yesterday and delivered my wine cabinet. John called ahead of time to schedule the appointment and they showed up right on time. They were very friendly as well as very courteous and polite. Once they saw where the cabinet was going, they carefully moved my entryway rug, taped paper to my tile floors, and took every precaution to make sure no damage was done to the entry doorway, the tile floor, and the doorway leading into the room where the cabinet was installed.

Please let them know that I really appreciate their time, their excellent customer service, and their friendly and helpful service. You should be thankful you have two people like that out in the field representing your company. Other companies could learn a lot from your team.

I look forward to many years of enjoyment with my new cabinet. It looks absolutely beautiful!

I have owned an Italian restaurant for several years now. I recently bought a Vinotheque cabinet to be a showpiece in the front of the restaurant. All of my customers like to look at the wine on display while waiting to be seated and it made a big difference in my wine sale. I wish I had bought one of these a long time ago.

I was recently doing the interior design for a customer during their home remodel. They wanted to have a wine cabinet built in to the cabinetry in their kitchen so I did some research and found Vinotheque. Their staff was helpful in finding the best cabinet that could fit into the design. They even went as far as making extra stained pieces to use for the installation and the vents were done in decorative wood. They made my job much easier, and my customer was very happy with the kitchen when the remodel was done.

I have had three wine cabinets over the last twenty years from various manufactures. I just bought a Vinotheque Cabinet this last summer. The other cabinets were still fine cabinets, but I was very impressed with the look and quality of the Vinotheque unit. I was intrigued by the QT system that was built into it. It is very quiet and its design looks like it is meant to provide more even cooling than any of the other cabinets. I don't know if it really makes a difference but I like to think that I am taking the best care of my wine collection. Overall I think that Vinotheque was my best purchase so far.

My wife and I bought a Vinotheque Wine Cabinet 12 years ago. It was a beautiful cabinet and we were very happy with it. We moved last year and unfortunately the cabinet did not go with style of our new home. We called Vinotheque to ask about making a new custom cabinet. Their salesperson and in house designer helped us create a beautiful cabinet with a stain to match the cabinets in the new house. Vinotheque made the process very easy.

Hi there,

I own your brand wine cooler that must have been sold to my husband in 1989 or 1990. Is this older model still sales worthy? Seems to be working perfectly, but I don't think my husband ever did the maintenance that was supposed to be performed, but is still cooling very well. The piece is a very simple style with a glass door and walnut cabinet. It is against a wall...has black brackets on the back, but is too heavy for me to move out to find the serial number.

My husband passed away. I am moving and would like to sell the item if I can. What would you think would be the value of this old a wine cooler.....Would $700 be a fair price?

Hello, my name is Ron W. and I purchased a used wine cabinet a few months ago that I had a few questions about, and as it turned out, needed a new thermostat. I had read some pretty bad reviews about customer support from your company, so I was not expecting much help. Boy was I wrong! A gentleman took my call and walked me through the possibilities that might solve my problems. He was extremely informative and very patient. I received my new thermostat within 36 hours, and the cabinet is working as it should. I am very happy. By the way he looked up my serial # and told me that the build date was Dec. 1991! 20 years old and still going strong. This speaks volumes about the quality of your products.

We have been collecting fine wine since 1972 and we just purchase our second wine cabinet, our first was sold with our other home.

The cabinet was exactly what we expected; well designed, built well and made of extremely high quality wood. The overall delivery and set-up was as we expected since we have already purchased a cabinet. We know what to look for when preparing for the delivery, like tight corners and stairs.

After window shopping, my wife and I took a look at the Vinotheque website. After speaking to my wife, we call the number on the site and placed our order. The process of ordering the wine cabinet was excellent and I found your sales person was extremely knowledgeable.

Our cabinet is located in a spare bedroom and is running beautiful. The stain matches perfect with the rest of the decor. We had a guest who slept in the spare bedroom and he said that he slept soundly, not being awaken by the coming on and off of the cooling unit.

We live close enough to the facility that they personally delivered and set-up our unit. The overall delivery experience was excellent, with the delivery guys professional and knowledgeable on how to move and store our wine. We will recommend Vinotheque to any friend or family member looking to purchase a cabinet in the future.
