Olive Garden restaurants are known for their family-focused, elegant Italian-style atmosphere. This commercial client requested a wine cabinet that could not only display and store hundreds of wine bottles, but also complement its warm and inviting setting. Olive Garden also needed a functional cabinet that would allow staff to view and pull wine bottles quickly. The restaurant called on Vinothèque to design a unique and functional wine cabinet to be showcased in many of its restaurants throughout the United States.
We offered an elegant, four-door wine cabinet to meet Olive Garden’s needs. This cabinet features vertical grain fir wood, custom wood stain and matching mullions. Other architectural elements include custom racking, LED lighting and top-to-bottom cabinet display rows to showcase the restaurant’s large wine collection. Interior cabinet lighting, front venting, lock and key, and a WhisperKOOL cooling system and PDT thermostat were used to complete this cabinet’s unique design.
