ensure that your WhisperKOOL meets your and our expectations and
performs to its designed specifications, please ensure that you

most of the problems we encounter.

and in many cases resolve the problem.
Contacting Our Customer Service Department
If you need
to contact us please send us a few digital photos of the WhisperKOOL
unit installed in your wine cellar. Your photos will help us resolve
the problem faster, and will also help us to identify issues that
can lead to additional or recurring problems.
Digital Photos of Your Wine Cellar:
Ideally send us a few digital images of:
- The room or area your WhipserKool is exhausting to. Take the picture of the room at a distance of about 8ft from the WhipserKool unit.
- The front of the unit (at a distance of about 8ft), including any decorative covers used to enhance the look of the unit.
