We have a nationwide list of technicians, which we have worked with in repair of our units. Technicians are good, if you don’t have the time or technical understanding to troubleshoot the problem with the unit yourself or remove the unit from the wall, etc.

We will refer a name and phone number of a technician to you. You must call them to make an appointment.

We cannot guarantee an experienced technician in your immediate area. If you are located in a remote area, you may need to find someone locally. We are happy to provide the technician with reference manuals and parts.

While we are happy to refer a technician, you must remember that they are independant contractors. All set appointments, work performed and fees charged are their responsibility.
